Ace Hood Jacket Gen.2 is a workhorse that can handle almost anything you throw at it. The second generation of a jacket that has become a favorite for many, use it as a comfortable hiking or climbing jacket in spring and autumn, or for cross-country skiing, ski-touring and ice-climbing in winter.
Windproof and water-repellent, with additional reinforcements on the chest, sleeves and shoulders, these laser-cut details are glued by a special technique that keeps the jacket light and flexible—even the fully adjustable hood is shaped to follow your movement. Our durable Two-Face Stretch (2FS) material is incredibly supple, soft against the skin, effectively transports moisture, and maintains good breathability, providing optimal comfort during intensive activities.
Other features include pre-bent sleeves, zipped hand pockets and two high front pockets situated out of the way of a backpack or harness. A two-way front zip with snap button provide for additional ventilation, and there’s a drawstring adjustment in the jacket bottom.
