Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on https://tierra.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany. Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number.

Please note that your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Army bases as well as certain islands and remote areas. See below for more information.

Where do we ship, delivery rates & leadtimes

Listed below is the countries we ship to and their respective delivery times and pricing, please refer to the table below for specific information for your location.

Free shipping over €100.

*Delivery exclusions for these countries are:
Denmark: Faroe Islands and Greenland
Finland: Åland Islands
France: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, Wallis and the Futuna Islands and New Caledonia
Greece: Crete
Netherlands: Aruba and the Antilles
Portugal: Madeira and The Azores

Shipping companies

In order to ensure the best service – faster delivery and convenience receipt - to our end-customers, we locally adopted the shipping agreements. Depending on the country set up, either PostNord, DHL or UPS will fulfil your parcel distribution.

For shipments to Denmark and Finland PostNord is providing the delivery service for our end-customers. For shipments to all other countries, DHL or UPS is the shipping companies.

Shipping deadlines

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after they are placed and will be delivered within approximately 2-10 working days, usually faster as stated above. Orders submitted on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes but delays can occur.

Shipping holidays

Tierra will not be shipping during public holidays and weekends in the country of destination.
